    Uneven footbed

    I have many pairs of Ugg boots and I have noticed that in some of my work boots styles the left arch is higher then the right which causes pain. Very upsetting because of the high price. I have asked other people to try them on and they say the same thing. The left arch is way higher and causes pain...

    Not sure about the quality because I only tried them once

    Well, I had a bad experience buying from this company when I bought my boots there. It didn't say they couldn't be returned. They turned out to be too small, and now the app says they can't be returned either. So, don't buy from them.
