$100,000 donation

As part of a commitment to make self-expression comfortable for all, UGG entered a multi-year partnership with Active Minds. Active Minds is the nation’s leading nonprofit organization promoting mental health awareness for young adults. UGG donated $100,000 to develop the Your Voice is Your Power digital resource hub.

Over 220,000 women

Through our partnerships with RISE (66,932) and other trainings including anti-harassment training (55,380), gender equity trainings (28,700), management and leadership training (5,887), working parent training (28,515), and women who have received vision screening (34,885), we’ve empowered over 220,000 women achieving our target well in advance of 2027.

Over 1.4 million acres

As of March 31, 2025, we have influenced approximately 1,408,369 acres of grasslands across 105 farms in Australia toward regenerative farmland.

Reducing greenhouse gases

Reducing greenhouse gases with each pair of footwear by 40% per pair and lower our energy usage by 35% per pair by 2030.
