    The shoes fit you really, really small

    The shoes fit you really, really too small and on top of that, the return process is not serious at all, I haven't heard anything back, I can't get anyone from Customer Service. I'm very disappointed with UGG

    I love these shoes! I read all the reviews and sized up to an 8, received and loved them except they were too big.
